Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a focused analyst to monitor balance sheet metrics, review treasury processes, and support ALCO reporting. The role requires collaboration across product teams and strong awareness of liquidity management.

Ideal candidates have a degree in finance-related fields and at least one year in balance sheet management within banking, with a detail-oriented, collaborative approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or Economics.
• Min 1 year experience in balance sheet management within the banking industry.
• Adequate understanding of funds transfer pricing and interest risk related knowledge.
• Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products, accounting rules and related operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detailed-oriented team player who is able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset and liability composition and explain drivers across key balance sheet management metrics.
• Review internal processes, including but not limited to payments, balance sheet management, optimisation and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal product teams.
• Support ALCO reporting and provide comfort that the firm’s capital and liquidity is managed well.
• Manage FX exposures.
• Perform daily funding & portfolio investment management activities.
• Check and monitor daily nostro balance and collate cashflow projections from the various business units.
