Job summary

An Asia-based bank seeks an experienced Treasury Sales (Wealth Management) professional to join its Global Markets team. You will work closely with Private Banking and Wealth Management to deliver tailored treasury and investment solutions, drive product penetration and contribute to revenue growth.

• Excellent client engagement and communication skills; ability to explain complex products.
• CMFAS certifications where applicable.

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Sales (Wealth Management) professional to join the bank's Global Markets team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide treasury product advisory, pricing and execution support across FX, interest rate derivatives, fixed income and structured products for wealth management clients.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to identify client opportunities, deliver tailored treasury solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor financial markets, macroeconomic developments and investment trends to generate actionable trading and hedging ideas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Trading, Product, Risk and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Drive treasury product penetration and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Treasury Sales, FX Sales, Investment Advisory or Financial Markets, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of FX, derivatives, fixed income and structured investment products.
• Excellent client engagement, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen, market awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements, with relevant CMFAS certifications where applicable.
