Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an Analyst in Global Markets Operation Group - Reporting Team 1 to support daily treasury reporting, data validation, and regulatory submissions in Singapore. The role offers exposure to end-to-end reporting tasks and cross-functional collaboration with Business, Operations, IT, and Audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc Treasury-related reporting activities.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile reporting data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support regulatory and management reporting submissions.
• Participate in UAT activities including test preparation, test execution, result verification, and defect tracking.
• Work with Business, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Assist in investigating reporting discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Maintain and update operational procedures, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requests and reporting-related reviews.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.
• Participate in project and change initiatives affecting Treasury Operations reporting processes.
• Provide backup support within the Reporting Team as required.
