JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Singapore Treasury Services Product Head to co‑lead modernization across six ASEAN markets and lead the Singapore product line.

This VP role focuses on next‑generation platforms, cross‑border and liquidity services, and a small but impactful team in a client‑facing setting. The candidate should have deep treasury workflows knowledge, regional clearing/payment rails, and a proven record of multi‑market platform migrations and product commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cash Management Product or Transaction Banking.
• Proven track‑record in product leadership and multi‑market implementations.
• Knowledge of Working Capital Management and Foreign‑Exchange.
• Experience with RFx processes and client solutioning.
• Track record in navigating regulatory, governance and legal aspects.
• Willingness to travel intra‑Asia and beyond.

Responsabilités

• Co‑lead and execute the multi‑year modernization platform strategy across ASEAN.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Operations to meet audit standards.
• Partner with Payments heads and regulatory bodies across ASEAN jurisdictions.
• Lead the Singapore product strategy translating global priorities into a country roadmap.
• Own and evolve the Singapore product proposition across payment rails and treasury capabilities.
• Lead and develop the Singapore Product team with a focus on execution, automation and scalability.
• Engage in industry initiatives and with government agencies for innovation and growth.
• Provide product expertise with Sales to develop differentiated end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain product governance, risk, outsourcing and third‑party requirements.
• Represent the firm in regulatory forums and market infrastructure discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on client experience and efficiency.
