Job summary

OCBC is seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to design, deliver and manage treasury and cash equity solutions for our individual wealth clients. You will work across product, front office, operations, technology and compliance to translate strategies into practical product offerings and robust processes.

With 8+ years in banking or financial services and a deep knowledge of treasury and cash equity products, you will influence product strategy from concept through to execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and cash equity products for individual wealth.
• Experience in product management, front office support, operations, compliance, or platform delivery.
• Exposure to wealth clients or digital investment platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into practical product solutions and defined operational processes across product, front office, operations, technology and compliance.
• Provide exposure across the full product lifecycle from concept through implementation and ongoing enhancements.
• Plan and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives; develop and roll out treasury and investment solutions across RM-assisted and digital self‑service platforms.
• Collaborate with Global Markets and partners to design and enhance product offerings; support launches and adoption with sales teams.
• Translate requirements into clear workflows across front-end and booking platforms; identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Participate in project streams; gather and validate customer/RM/segment requirements; participate in UAT and incident management; enhance digital wealth and treasury capabilities.
• Coordinate between Relationship Managers, product teams, operations, technology and compliance; communicate and resolve front office issues during time-critical situations.
• Support regulatory and governance requirements; review product documentation; identify control gaps and assist in remediation and root cause analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors; use data to improve product performance and client experience; apply structured problem solving in uncertain environments.
