Job summary

Telus Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks a meticulous treasury professional to own banking and finance operations across designated company accounts, ensuring accurate cash management and rigorous controls.

You will manage bank onboarding, cash positioning, reconciliations, liquidity forecasting and performance reporting, with a strong emphasis on control, accuracy and actionable management insights. This is an individual-contributor role focused on governance and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related discipline.
• Ideally 5–8 years of treasury/corporate banking operations experience.
• Proven accuracy in multi-account, multi-currency reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivots, structured forecasts and dashboards.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML, CRS/FATCA where relevant.
• Excellent written English, stakeholder coordination and proactive escalation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening, closure and maintenance of bank and brokerage accounts.
• Maintain a master register of accounts, signatories and KYC documents.
• Verify balances, statements and transactions with end-to-end logs and approvals.
• Prepare cash positions and transfer instructions with required approvals.
• Reconcile bank cash, holdings and settlements across banks, brokers and custodians.
• Produce rolling liquidity forecasts (7, 30, 60, 90 days) and longer outlook.
• Prepare management dashboards and explain options with risks and recommended actions.
• Maintain confidential audit-ready records and approvals trails.
