The Singapore Mint is recruiting a Treasury Operations Analyst to support accurate settlements, reconciliations, and financial records across cash, bullion, and precious metals activities.

You will collaborate with banks, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely settlements, audit-ready records, and periodic finance reviews. Strong Excel and ERP/treasury system skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of treasury operations or related finance experience.
• Hands-on with transaction settlement processing and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and treasury/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Process day-to-day treasury and settlement transactions accurately within timelines.
• Perform bank, cash, and transaction reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain complete records for treasury activities, bullion movements, and audits.
• Support bullion and precious metals workflows by verifying settlements and inventory.
• Prepare schedules, journals, and reports for month-end and finance reviews.
• Monitor controls, segregation of duties, and approval matrices across treasury processes.
• Coordinate with banks, logistics, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize Excel and ERP/treasury tools to validate data and improve accuracy.
