Job summary

Ripple Treasury seeks a Professional Services Consultant to design and analyze customer requirements across all Ripple Treasury modules and to implement functionality that meets these needs on time and within budget. You will work within the Solutions Delivery team to ensure successful configurations for clients and provide Tier 2 support when needed.

You will engage in discovery, document scope, train clients, and lead the implementation while maintaining budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• CFA, CTP or other professional programme enrolment is a plus.
• Experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
• Proven project management and treasury system implementations.
• Solid understanding of markets for financial instruments, cash and payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with clients on technical requirements and business processes.
• Gather and document the full requirements and scope of implementation.
• Articulate configuration rationale and functional strategy.
• Train clients and internal teams on modules and best practices.
• Participate in building and implementing the solution.
• Support and troubleshoot delivered work during implementation.
• Ensure implementation remains on-spec and within budget.
• Provide up-sell opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels.
