Ripple Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead the design and implementation of the Ripple Treasury management system for enterprise clients.

You will gather requirements, configure modules, train clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and opportunities for up-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience.
• CFA/CTP or other professional program a plus.
• Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
• Proven track record in Project management and Treasury system implementations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client requirements for all Ripple Treasury modules.
• Document scope and implementation plan with clear timelines.
• Explain configuration choices and strategy to achieve client goals.
• Train clients and internal teams on modules and best practices.
• Lead and contribute to solution design, build, and deployment, ensuring on-budget delivery.

Ripple Treasury has a vision to create the next-generation of technology tools for the global, corporate financial office. We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space, and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.

Ripple Treasury is currently looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements relating to all modules of the Ripple Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Participate in discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument’s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments along with any Cash Management, Payments, Accounting and Reconciliation requirements they may have.
• Gather and understand the full requirements and document the scope of implementation
• Articulate configuration rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals and outcomes in line with the client requirements
• Train both clients and internal parties on the modules and on market best practice
• Participate in building and implementation of the solution
• Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation
• Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget
• Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
• Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments
• Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
• Enrolment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus
• Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech
• Proven track record in Project management and Treasury system implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business user
• Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments, cash and payments and the systems that support such activities
• Adept with financial markets mathematics
• A good team player with ability to act on own initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments
• Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues
• Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
• Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
