Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate treasury and cash management experience from cross-border payment platforms, fast-growth internet/tech scale-ups, or regulated digital asset platforms.
• Deep knowledge of global banking networks, corporate liquidity structures, FX execution, and cross-border payment infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) for senior stakeholder and banking communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline; CTP or ACT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct global daily cash positioning and intraday liquidity across multi-entity accounts and payment gateways.
• Formulate group FX hedging, yield optimization, and working capital strategies.
• Manage relationships with global banks, PSPs, and financial institutions; negotiate facilities and pricing.
• Oversee cross-border payment rails (SWIFT, RTGS, FPS, SEPA, ACH) and stablecoin settlement (USDT/USDC).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design treasury automation and real-time reconciliation dashboards.
• Enforce treasury policies, liquidity risk frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.

Job description

Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and the digital economy, the firm provides institutional-grade trading, prime brokerage, and custody infrastructure. To support the continued expansion of its global liquidity and fiat-crypto settlement rails, the business is seeking an experienced corporate treasury leader to oversee its cash, capital, and payment operations.

The Treasury Lead will oversee the end-to-end corporate treasury function across global operating entities. Positioned at the forefront of modern cross-border payments and Web3 liquidity, this role is responsible for group-wide cash positioning, capital allocation, FX and interest rate risk management, and bank relationship management. The ideal candidate brings strategic corporate treasury rigor combined with deep operational expertise in cross-border payment rails and stablecoin mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Cash & Liquidity Management: Direct global daily cash positioning, intraday liquidity, and multi-entity cash flow forecasting across global bank accounts, payment gateways, and digital asset venues.
• Capital Structure & FX Risk Management: Formulate and execute group FX hedging, yield optimization, and working capital strategies to optimize cash efficiency between on-chain holdings and traditional fiat accounts.
• Bank & PSP Relationship Management: Drive senior relationships with global banking partners, PSPs, and non-bank financial institutions; negotiate credit facilities, cash management services, and competitive FX pricing.
• Cross-Border Payment Architecture: Oversee international funding rails (SWIFT, RTGS, FPS, SEPA, ACH) and stablecoin settlement infrastructure (USDT/USDC) to enable seamless intercompany funding and client liquidity.
• Treasury Automation & Systems: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design automated corporate treasury workflows, real-time GL reconciliation, and BI-driven reporting dashboards.
• Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce group treasury policies, liquidity risk frameworks, regional regulatory guidelines, client asset segregation mandates, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

• Target Experience: 8+ years of progressive corporate treasury and cash management experience coming exclusively from cross-border payment platforms, fast-growth internet/tech scale-ups with high-volume global cash flows, or regulated digital asset platforms.
• Payment & Treasury Depth: Direct mastery of global banking networks, corporate liquidity structures (sweeping/pooling), FX execution, and cross-border payment infrastructure.
• Web3 Literacy: Strong functional understanding of stablecoin clearing, digital asset settlement mechanics, and institutional custody.
• Language Proficiency: Professional or native fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is strictly required for senior stakeholder and banking communications.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline; CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or ACT certification is a plus.
• Location & Mobility: Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate to HK, also open to top candidates currently in Singapore, Malaysia, or Mainland China.
