Job summary

Bitdeer Group is seeking a Head of Front Office (Global Treasury) to lead foreign exchange risk management, liquidity and cash management, bank relationships, and treasury technology across the organization.

You will drive FX hedging programs, optimize liquidity across jurisdictions, oversee bank facilities, and coordinate TMS implementation while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and 10+ years of multinational treasury experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• CTP certification preferred
• 10+ years of treasury experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions
• Hands-on experience in FX hedging across global operations
• Experience implementing TMS and optimizing treasury processes
• Proven ownership of strategic banking relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise FX risk management strategies
• Execute FX hedging programs and monitor hedge effectiveness
• Manage global liquidity structures and optimize cash position
• Lead global bank relationship management and reviews
• Negotiate banking facilities, pricing and service agreements
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax and business units
• Lead the implementation/optimization of the Treasury Management System
• Ensure Treasury policy compliance and governance
