Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Treasury Back-Office system implementation, covering FX, Money Market and Securities operations. You will gather requirements, prepare BRDs and functional specs, and assist with data migration and system integration.

The role involves coordinating with Treasury Operations, Head Office and IT, performing testing/UAT, and ensuring project delivery within timelines. Strong SQL and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Treasury Back-Office system covering FX, MM and Securities operations.
• Gather, analyse and document BRDs, functional specs and traceability documents.
• Support system integration analysis: interfaces, data mapping, message formats, processing requirements.
• Plan and execute system testing and UAT with test scenarios and traceability.
• Support data migration activities via data validation, reconciliation and source-to-target analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Coordinate with Treasury Operations, Head Office, IT and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Track project issues, risks, actions and dependencies with proper documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a Treasury Back-Office system, covering Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM) and Securities operations.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; perform fit-gap assessments and prepare BRDs, functional specifications and requirement traceability documents.
• Support system integration analysis, including interfaces, data mapping, message formats and processing requirements.
• Plan and execute system testing and UAT, including test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, retesting and sign-off documentation.
• Support data migration activities through data validation, reconciliation, source-to-target comparison and analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Coordinate with Treasury Operations, Head Office, IT teams and other stakeholders to resolve functional issues and maintain project delivery timelines.
• Track project issues, risks, actions and dependencies while maintaining accurate project and implementation documentation.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline, with 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, system testing and UAT, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting data migration, validation, reconciliation and source-to-target analysis, with hands‑on knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and testable functional specifications.
• Candidates with experience in Treasury, FX, Money Market, Securities, banking system implementation, system integration or cross‑border projects will have an added advantage.
