Job summary

BRAINDGE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business System Analyst to support treasury back-office system implementation for an international bank. You will collaborate with the Lead BA, treasury operations, HO, and IT to gather requirements and ensure smooth data migration and testing.

The role covers FX, Money Market and Securities, focusing on business needs, system functionality, data integrity and implementation readiness. Prior treasury experience and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst/System Analyst role, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
• Hands-on testing experience including UAT planning and defect tracking.
• Experience supporting data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Attention to detail with data accuracy and system outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury back-office system implementation for an international bank.
• Gather, clarify and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyse FX, Money Market and Securities processes and perform fit-gap assessments.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specs and traceability documents, support UAT.
• Coordinate data migration activities and validate migrated data across environments.
