Ideal candidates have 8+ years in banking/finance with proven sales leadership, P&L knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 8+ years in banking/finance, sales-focused.
• Proven success leading sales management teams (2+ years).
• Knowledge of financial costing, P&L and marketing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Act as single point of accountability for assigned centres’ operations and service delivery.
• Review, implement work processes and audit controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead sales performance to achieve team targets and ensure compliant needs-based selling.
