RecruitFirst is seeking a Claims Analyst to assess insurance claims with a focus on travel claims. You will review coverage, manage pending cases, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience in the claims process.

The role requires a degree or professional insurance certificate and at least 1 year of relevant accident and health claims experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. On-site position near Raffles Place MRT in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or Professional Insurance Certificate is required.
• 1 year of relevant Accident & Health claims experience or similar is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assess travel, health and personal accident claims by reviewing policy coverage and supporting documents.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly within service standards.
• Handle fast-track, lower-value claims within authority limits.
• Review pending claims to ensure reserves and timely closure.
• Liaise with policyholders and medical institutions to obtain information and documents.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain good relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements and escalate risks when needed.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and projects.
