Job summary

Wishbone Holistic Practice is seeking an experienced Counsellor / Psychologist with a strong background in couples therapy to join as a Freelance Associate in Singapore. The role centers on working with couples and relationship dynamics, while also supporting individual clients.

We value a trauma-informed lens, understanding how trauma, attachment, and past relational experiences influence intimate relationships, and we welcome practitioners who can build collaborative caseloads within our team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with couples.
• Comfortable working with relationship conflict, attachment concerns and complex relational dynamics.
• Experience working with individual clients.
• Training and/or experience in trauma-informed practice.
• Appropriate professional membership or registration where applicable.
• Strong clinical judgement, ethical practice and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples therapy and individual therapy.
• Support clients with relationship dynamics and communication difficulties.
• Apply trauma-informed approaches considering attachment histories in relationships.
• Operate within a collaborative practice framework.
