Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of clinical experience with children, youth and families.
• Experience in protection work and/or providing evidence-based trauma interventions is an advantage.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals and determine appropriate internal or external services.
• Conduct psychological assessments for children, youth and families.
• Develop case formulations and deliver trauma-informed interventions.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide psychology-based crisis interventions when necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and case conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
