This is an exciting opportunity to provide evidence-based psychotherapy, support individuals, couples, or families navigating emotional and psychological challenges, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative clinical setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering high-quality psychotherapy across diverse client presentations (such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions).
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting initial clinical intakes, facilitating structured individual or group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Psychodynamic, or Systemic Family Therapy, and monitoring client therapeutic progress.
You will maintain meticulous, confidential clinical case notes and reports in strict compliance with professional ethics and personal data protection guidelines. Additionally, you will participate actively in regular clinical supervision, multidisciplinary case conferences, and contribute to psychoeducational workshops and community mental health initiatives.
We are seeking candidates with a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Psychotherapy, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health discipline. Full registration or recognized clinical membership with a professional body (such as the Singapore Association for Counselling - SAC, Singapore Psychological Society - SPS, or equivalent international bodies like BACP, ACA, or PACFA) is required.
You should have at least 2 to 5 years of post-qualification supervised clinical practice within a clinic, hospital, social service agency, or private healthcare setting. Demonstrated competency in recognized therapeutic frameworks, strong cross-cultural sensitivity, excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, and unwavering ethical integrity are essential.
