Job summary

Epworth Community Services in Singapore is seeking an Associate Psychologist / Social Worker / Counsellor to deliver intake assessments, formulations, intervention and case management for children, youth and families.

You will contribute to group programmes, outreach, and service development within a trauma-informed framework, while receiving supervision and opportunities for CPD. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience with children/youth and families.
• Experience in trauma-informed or therapeutic work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision.
• Maintain documentation and case reviews.
• Provide crisis support and safety planning.
• Plan and facilitate structured interventions and groups.
• Participate in programme evaluation and feedback.
• Represent the organisation at talks and community events.
• Engage in supervision and CPD activities.
• Support data collection for service evaluation and reporting.
• Contribute to scheduling and operational processes.
• Conduct financial assessments for clients requiring financial assistance.
