Job summary

CMA CGM & ANL (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade Reporting Analyst to support Transpacific operations and profitability growth. You will manage internal bookings, run allocation and reporting tasks, and deliver insights to optimize vessel yield.

You will maintain Trade dashboards on Qliksense, coordinate with Head Office and Singapore teams, and develop reports with stakeholders to enhance KPI automation. This is a local employment opportunity in Singapore.

Qualifications

Tertiary education or above in shipping, logistics management or business administration.
Around 2 years of relevant reporting experience in the maritime industry.
Proficient in Excel, such as Vlookup & Pivot table.
Proficient in Power query; Excel VBA; Qliksense/PowerBI/Tableau; PowerAutomate.
IT savvy with data presentation and visualization experience.
Good market knowledge, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Running monthly allocation process and aligning allocations with vessel profiles.
Coordinate with Head Office and Singapore Regional Office to ensure data accuracy.
Liaise with IT to rectify allocation system issues.
Analyze vessel performance, loading factors, NOR, and customer profiles to maximise yield.
Research market outlooks and prepare management presentations.
Maintain Trade dashboards on Qliksense and ensure data integrity.
Develop new reports with trade stakeholders to advance KPI automation.
