Job summary

The National University of Singapore (Cancer Science Institute) is seeking a Research Assistant to support translational cancer research projects at Kent Ridge Campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related field.
• Honours or relevant research experience preferred.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct molecular and cellular biology experiments (DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, gene expression analysis, protein assays, cell culture).
• Support genomics and proteomics workflows (microarray and NGS sample prep).
• Assist in pre-clinical validation studies using cell lines or model systems.
• Manage human tumour samples under biosafety, ethics, and regulatory guidelines.
