Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd is seeking an Assistant Station Manager to support day-to-day operations of LRT stations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will ensure safe travel, deliver commuter-centric service, manage delays and incidents, and collaborate with operations teams across station and train duties. Requires NITEC in engineering and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• NITEC in an Engineering discipline.
• Able to work on three rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate with no experience are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure travel experience for commuters.
• Provide excellent commuter-centric customer service at stations and trains.
• Respond promptly to delays and incidents, and to alarms.
• Perform crowd control and first-line recovery of trains and equipment.
• Assist in administrative duties and compliance with rules.
