Job summary

You will document in EHR systems, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, client-centered care. SAC registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
• Registered Clinical Counselor or SAC Full Member status with SAC or equivalent.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in supporting families, counseling techniques, and crisis intervention support.
• Proficiency in standardized clinical assessment tools (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9) and outcome-tracking methodologies.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development, ongoing clinical supervision, and ethical clinical practice.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suitable for community workshops and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy and psychotherapy for children and teens.
• Conduct focused parental guidance and family sessions to improve communication and family dynamics.
• Provide separate individual therapy sessions for adult clients.
• Conduct comprehensive family assessments using tools like GAD-7, PHQ-9, CORE-10.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and psychoeducational guidance for coping skills.
• Implement outcome tracking to monitor progress and clinical effectiveness.
