Job summary

Encora Inc. is seeking a Source-to-Pay (S2P) professional to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing through purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes.

The role focuses on improving procurement efficiency, cost optimization, compliance, supplier performance, and digital procurement transformation. The ideal candidate has extensive S2P experience, especially in large, complex projects, and a strong grasp of data transformations and data migration design.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Source to Pay (S2P) with End-to-End Process expert on Hi Tech Equipment Manufacturing and Assembly industry.
• Strong knowledge of data transformations and data migration design and implementation principles.
• Oracle Fusion experience is beneficial.

The Source-to-Pay (S2P) professional is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and supplier management through purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes. The role focuses on improving procurement efficiency, cost optimization, compliance, supplier performance, and digital procurement transformation.
Have worked in large and complex multimillion dollar strategic projects involving global deployments of Oracle ERP solution with mix of other technologies-Business systems, Risk management, change management, application maintenance, and testing.

• Extensive experience in Source to Pay(S2P) with End-to-End Process expert on Hi Tech Equipment Manufacturing and Assembly industry.
• Strong knowledge of data transformations and data migration design and implementation principles.
