Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst on a contract basis through to end-2028. You will join Associate to support Project S, a complex transformation programme spanning design through implementation and embedding, with governance and measurable outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams, senior executives and stakeholders to drive delivery, manage budgets and risk, and ensure quality and pace.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organisational and planning skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level engagement.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience; PMP or Six Sigma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development of execution plan, governance artefacts and reports.
• Governance support for steering forums and executive updates.
• Assist large-scale transformation delivery with guidance to teams.
• Manage budget, resources and vendor performance.
• Support risk, control and compliance with governance standards.
