Job summary

Virtuos, a leading game development company headquartered in Singapore, seeks a transformation leader to drive adoption of our AI tools across APAC studios. You will own change management, coordinate with AI builders and studio leadership, and ensure measurable impact across multiple sites.

You’ll run enablement programs, train studio teams, and address resistance while amplifying the AI Champion network. Travel across studios in the region is expected as you scale this ambitious program.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in transformation, change management or management consulting.
• Experience driving adoption in large, complex organisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across APAC studios.
• Bonus: engineering, data, or ML background; experience in gaming is a plus.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As Virtuos scales its agentic AI platform across our global studios, we need strong transformation leaders to drive adoption on the ground. This role owns change management for APAC, working hand in hand with our AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leadership to ensure that AI tools and agents deliver measurable impact across studios.
