Job summary

Virtuos is seeking a Head of Product in Singapore to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our enterprise AI orchestration product. You will guide how AI agents and workflows come together to solve complex user and business needs.

You will lead a small team of 2-3 Product Managers and work closely with the AI platform, engineering and business teams to rapidly prototype, test and iterate, driving adoption and measurable value across game-develop­ment workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across product and technology, including leadership of advanced AI products.
• Direct experience building production-grade AI agents or orchestration products.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, orchestration, tool use and agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in cutting-edge AI models, technologies and product developments.
• Technical depth in engineering, ML or data, with the ability to engage credibly with highly technical teams.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing Product Management teams.
• Highly agile and hands-on, with a strong experimentation and rapid-iteration mindset.
• Strong product judgment, commercial instincts and a user-centric mindset.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Virtuos is building an enterprise AI orchestration product designed to transform how we deliver AAA game co-development for the world’s top publishers. We are looking for a Head of Product to own its strategy, roadmap and delivery, shaping how AI agents and capabilities come together to solve complex user and business needs.
