Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate to support intercompany transactions and TP documentation across global entities. You will manage Local/Master File, CbCR, and OECD-aligned processes, working with finance, legal, and treasury teams.

The role requires 4+ years in transfer pricing or tax, with fintech/tech experience a plus, and strong analytical capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA/Tax/CPA/CFA preferred
• 4+ years in transfer pricing or tax, fintech/tech experience a plus
• Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File, BEPS Pillar 2 and CbCR

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing.
• Assist in preparing Local File, Master File, and CbCR documentation.
• Support the Group TP model, implementing policies and legal agreements for intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with finance teams and advisors for timely CbCR and other TP filings.
• Perform financial analyses and benchmarking to support TP positions.
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, treasury, and business units to align TP workstreams.
• Assist in tax and financial audits, preparing responses and documentation as needed.
• Leverage tax, accounting and AI technology for data collection and reporting.
• Stay updated on global tax and transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
