Job summary

acca careers in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate to join a dynamic Transfer Pricing team. You will support multinational clients on inter‑company pricing, conduct interviews, perform industry research, and develop benchmarking studies and transfer pricing documentation.

The role offers exposure to cross-border projects within a global network and opportunities to coach junior team members while building technical expertise in tax advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration or similar.
• More than 2 years of relevant transfer pricing or tax experience (Senior Associate level).
• Strong knowledge of OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines.
• Excellent English language and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.
• Accredited Tax Professional (SCTP) qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers on inter-company transfer pricing engagements.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews and perform industry research.
• Undertake benchmarking studies and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Assist in analysing, planning, and documenting related‑party transactions involving goods, services, and tangible or intangible assets.
• Review inter‑company agreements and internal documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Assist with transfer pricing audits, Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA), and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).
• Collaborate on cross-border transfer pricing projects with RSM firms internationally.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
