Job summary

RRecruiter in Singapore seeks a Transfer Pricing and Tax Compliance lead with 5–8 years of experience, including 3 years in TP. You will manage local and overseas tax filings, prepare TP docs, and coordinate with external agents while supporting audits and regulatory inquiries.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to join night calls with colleagues abroad, with travel as needed. Big 4 TP background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in transfer pricing.
• Experience with US and Group tax exposure and preparation of TP documentation.
• Solid knowledge of tax compliance and OECD/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for local and overseas entities and coordinate with external agents.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and CbCR per OECD/local rules.
• Prepare current and deferred tax provisions and liaise with authorities.
• Support audits, review contracts for tax implications, and advise on queries.
