Job summary

Eastspring, a Prudential subsidiary, is seeking a Transaction Operations Manager in Singapore to lead regulatory reporting activities and ensure accurate, timely submissions. You will work with external service providers, manage incidents, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment while mentoring a team and maintaining strong controls.

The role requires solid middle office operations experience within asset management and a degree in business/finance.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of Middle Office/Operations experience in asset management.
• Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations, derivatives, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Aladdin preferred.
• Prior experience managing outsourced service providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document processes and engage stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset for risk control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily 3 ways data validation on EMIR and MAS reporting submission.
• Work with outsourced service provider to investigate and resolve rejected submission in a timely manner.
• Independently manage and resolve issues and escalations by stakeholders, including internal teams, service providers, custodians and brokers.
• Support new transition activities, new instruments/markets and other ad hoc projects.
• Act as subject matter expert in the trade regulatory reporting space for projects/new processes.
• Incident management; maintain robust control environment; drive process improvements.
