Job summary

PEIGroup is seeking a Transaction Associate to build and maintain a database of market transactions in unlisted infrastructure and private equity. You will review equity and debt transactions, derive pricing inputs, and maintain asset-level data under the Head of Data’s supervision.

The role accommodates Analyst and Senior Analyst levels, with responsibilities scaling from data quality and pricing to independent review and methodology contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or economics.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, pricing or equity research.
• Ability to read detailed project documentation to extract relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Review equity and debt transactions to understand pricing dynamics and collect transaction-based multiples.
• Maintain SIPA's database of unlisted assets with financial data and statements.
• Support and validate an AI research tool, providing structured feedback to improve its outputs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
