Job summary

AETOS Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Training Project Manager to lead large-scale training programmes across multiple stakeholders and environments. This role emphasizes strong leadership, training operations, and comprehensive stakeholder management in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should have 5–10 years in training operations or project leadership, with preference for PCT training and experience managing physical and tactical training scenarios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in training operations, project management or operational leadership.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale training projects and stakeholders.
• Strong Police Contact Tactics (PCT) training experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable overseeing physical, tactical, and operational training environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale training programmes and operational training projects
• Oversee end-to-end planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of training initiatives
• Ensure smooth coordination of training operations, logistics, manpower deployment, and resources
• Support and oversee Contact Tactics Training and operational readiness programmes
• Ensure training standards, safety requirements, and programme objectives are met
