Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a training administration role in AMK, Singapore. You will plan deployment for instructors and training sorties, and tally monthly training services with claims, while supporting monthly updates from these activities.

You will also track internship training hours, prepare quotations, provide Training Assistant services, and handle base access clearance for instructors, staff and other authorized personnel. Only Singaporeans may apply; 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Good organizational skills.
• 5 day week @ AMK area.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment for instructors and training sorties.
• Tally monthly training services and submit claims monthly.
• Support preparation of monthly updates from the above activities.
• Track and tally all Internship training hours, claims and quotations.
• Provide Training Assistant services.
• Do base access clearance for instructors, own staff and other authorized personnel.
