Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd is seeking a Training Executive to play a critical operational and coordination role in the end-to-end delivery of quality training programmes. You will support Learning Solutionists and Production Development (PD) to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth learner and trainer experiences.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced training provider environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training operations or programme coordination.
• Experience in WSQ/SWDA/IBF/STB-endorsed training environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
• Maintain records and tracking for course runs and KPIs.
• Ensure courseware readiness and assist with materials for endorsements.
• Support trainer onboarding and ongoing management.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, finance to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in TE team and cross-team meetings.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
