Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with attention to detail.
• Organised approach to packing, setup and inventory.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical tasks and moving equipment.
• Can follow packing lists and standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous logistics/storekeeping/training-centre experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, pack and organise training equipment and materials for daily schedules.
• Set up, collect, check and repack equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain storeroom organisation and accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish consumables and report damaged items.
• Arrange classroom layouts and set up basic audiovisual equipment.
• Support trainer and client arrivals with directions and assistance.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure timely readiness of equipment and rooms.
