Job summary

DAEWOO-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE in Singapore seeks an experienced Transportation Engineer to manage traffic diversion planning and final road reinstatement in collaboration with Traffic, Civil Design, and consulting teams.

The role involves coordination with consultants and authorities, handling LTA approval processes including PSR and safety submissions, and contributing to civil design work such as drainage diversion and retaining walls to support project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Transportation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in traffic-related work.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with LTA projects.
• Familiar with traffic diversion approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic diversion and final road reinstatement planning with consultants.
• Handle traffic diversion approvals and PSR/safety submissions with LTA.
• Coordinate traffic diversion with authorities and stakeholders.
• Perform traffic-related civil design (drain diversion, retaining walls) with design teams.

Roles & responsibilities

• Coordination with Traffic consultant as well as Construction team/Civil Design Consultant/etc. for Traffic Diversion and Final Road reinstatement plan Development including any traffic related activities (TIA, etc.)
• Carryout Traffic Diversion approval process and coordination with LTA including PSR and safety submission
• Carryout Traffic Diversion related coordination with Authorities/Stakeholders
• Carryout Traffic Diversion Related Civil work design. (Drain Diversion, Retaining Wall) with coordination with Design Consultant, PE, etc.
• Candidates who are willing to commit their involvement in the assigned project until the successful completion of project would be an advantage.

Requirements and relevant experience

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree of Transportation Engineering or close discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Traffic related work
• Minimum 2 years of experience with LTA Project
• Be well-aware of Traffic diversion plan approval process in LTA Project
• Be well-aware of Traffic related coordination process with authorities/stakeholders
• Be well-aware of Underground Structure/Traffic Decking System/Construction Sequences.
