Job summary

Bok Seng Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Resource Planner to coordinate the deployment of heavy haulage resources, including outrider escorts, cranes, and trailers, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will plan availability of mobile cranes, lorry cranes, trailers and SPMT, liaise with customers and third‑party providers, and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Level /Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Logistics Industry.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for outrider escort services and crane booking.
• Plan and ensure availability of heavy haulage resources such as mobile cranes, lorry cranes, trailers and SPMT for allocation and deployment.
• Make requisition to EMD for equipment/vehicles repairs or services.
• Make necessary adjustments to pre-arranged logistics plans or schedules in response to situational changes to meet project deliverables.
• Managing issues by providing solutions at all projects sites independently.
• Establish and maintain coordinated relationship with customers and third party services providers.
• Work closely on customer’s requirements based on detailed work instructions, to ensure customer’s requirements are met before and during work execution.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by superior.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange for outrider escort services and crane booking.
• Plan and ensure availability of heavy haulage resources such as mobile cranes, lorry cranes, trailers and SPMT for allocation and deployment.
• Make requisition to EMD for equipment/vehicles repairs or services.
• Make necessary adjustments to pre-arranged logistics plans or schedules in response to prevailing situational or conditional changes in order to meet project deliverable.
• Managing issues by providing solutions at all projects sites(s) independently.
• Establish and maintain coordinated relationship with customers and third party services providers.
• Work closely on customer’s requirements based on detailed work instructions, to ensure customer’s requirements are reasonably met before and during work execution.
• Any others ad-hoc assignment assigned by your superior from time to time.
