Qualifications

• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, Shell).
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS, kernel, scheduling, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and routing.
• Experience with SQL and MongoDB in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services or finance tech.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Order Management Systems and Market Data Delivery across exchanges and asset classes.
• Coordinate with trading, risk, and compliance teams to meet technical requirements.
• Provide L1/L2 production support and monitor system health.
• Develop and enhance monitoring/support tools to improve reliability and enable self-correction.
• Serve as primary technical contact for brokers and exchanges; after-hours support when needed.
