Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial markets or related environment.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle and at least one financial product.
• Experience collaborating with front-office and technology teams.
• Scripting or automation experience, preferably Python.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear communication under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activity across regional financial markets and investigate time-sensitive issues.
• Monitor operational workflows and resolve exceptions affecting business activity.
• Work with front-office, technology and other internal teams to coordinate issue resolution.
• Support the implementation of new products, processes and initiatives.
• Use scripting and automation to improve controls and reduce manual work.
• Analyze recurring issues and contribute to resilience improvements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders during high-pressure situations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the products, processes and risks supported by the team.
