Job summary

BP is seeking a Trading Operations professional based in Singapore to manage and optimize activities for Naphtha and/or PetChem and marine operations. You will coordinate across Asia Pacific and the Middle East with traders, originators and marketers to unlock value while adhering to HSSE standards.

The role requires strong operational experience, knowledge of tank storage and scheduling, and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate records and proactive issue resolution in a hybrid

• Supply and logistics knowledge including tank storage and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in support of the Naphtha and/or PetChem business and marine activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Asia Pacific and Middle East.
• Ensure HSSE and operating standards compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and optimize operations.
• Maintain timely and accurate records in relevant systems.
• Work with traders, originators, and marketers on strategies.
• Coordinate with regional offices on decisions and issue resolution.
• Support invoice and payment processing to shipowners and service providers.
• Proactively manage demurrage and oil loss costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with terminals, shipping companies, surveyors, and marketing entities.
• Provide market intelligence to support analytics for traders.
