Job summary

bp is seeking a Trading Operations professional based in Singapore to support the Naphtha and PetChem marine activities. The role focuses on optimizing stock, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating cargo matching with BP Shipping.

You will work with regionally dispersed teams and assist in driving value through disciplined operations, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration across Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Qualifications

• Operational experience with a proven track record delivering commercial value.
• Ability to implement the compliance & HSSE requirements relating to operations.
• Supply and logistics knowledge with experience in handling tank storage, pipeline scheduling and truck deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic processes and documentation.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong Communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Managing operations in support of the Naphtha and/or PetChem business and marine activities.
• Collaborating with Finance teams to provide assurance on trading processes.
• Scheduling movements and coordinating operations efficiently.
• Maintaining timely and accurate records in relevant systems.
• Working with traders, originators and marketers to implement trading strategies.
• Supporting regional offices in operational decisions and issue resolution.
