Job summary

AEJ Consulting Ltd is seeking a junior trading operations professional in Singapore to support daily trading workflows and scale the business safely. You will help with reconciliations, PnL reporting, and trader/management queries, while documenting end-to-end processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in trading operations or middle-office, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive, team-focused attitude to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

• 2-5 years' experience in trading operations or middle-office
• High-level experience working with clearing processes
• Strong operational mindset with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Daily trade, position reconciliations.
• Daily mark-to-market calculations against clearer statements.
• PnL reporting and handling of resulting trader / management queries.
• Trader set-up, including granting access to trade specific contracts, broker access and any other set-up requests.
• Document and improve end-to-end workflows.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders.
