Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Trade Operations Assistant to support post‑trade checks, reconciliations and documentation. You will investigate discrepancies and perform weekly trade close-outs, collaborating with internal teams and external parties to resolve issues.

The role requires prior experience in trade operations or back‑office roles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade operations, trade support, reconciliation or back-office operations.
• Experience handling trades, especially paper trades.
• Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives and clearing house processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick learner of new systems.
• Good communication and teamwork to collaborate with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-trade checks and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and follow up with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Perform weekly trade close-outs.
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain trade records and file supporting documentation.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties as needed.
