Job summary

Tardis Group is seeking a trading operations professional with 1–2 years of experience to support trading workflows across stocks, futures, and FX. The role emphasizes execution, lifecycle understanding, and building a long-term career in trading.

You will monitor orders, coordinate pre- and post-trade processes, maintain records, and help improve efficiency. Singapore citizens/PR preferred; prior trade execution experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in trading operations, trade support, or a desk analyst role.
• Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle: order handling, execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Prior trade execution experience is not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Singapore citizen/PR is a must.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades across stocks, futures, and FX products in accordance with trading instructions and established procedures.
• Monitor orders and execution results; resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-trade and post-trade processes.
• Maintain accurate trading records; assist with reconciliation, reporting, and other operational requirements.
• Support improvements to execution workflows and operational efficiency.
• Assist the wider trading desk with day-to-day activities as required.
