Job summary

Moomoo SG is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end trading experience for its Web3 business. You will drive product strategy across trading, growth, and UX, prioritizing features to boost activation, engagement, and trading activity.

You will lead the full lifecycle from research to launch, work with Design, UX, Engineering and other teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Web3, cryptocurrency, fintech, or trading-related products.
• Strong understanding of trading products and trader segment needs.
• Experience driving product-led growth through funnel optimization and engagement.
• Strong UX judgment translating complex trading workflows into intuitive UX.
• Proven ability to lead products from research through launch.
• Excellent user-research, competitive-analysis, and product-planning capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and translate business and user needs into clear requirements.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and delivering high-quality products efficiently.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Develop a deep understanding of the trading needs and behaviors of different user segments, and translate these insights into product strategies that improve the platform's trading experience, drive user activation, engagement, and retention, increase trading volume, and strengthen market competitiveness.

• Manage the overall trading experience and UX, including product design, interaction flows, and front-end features
• Define and execute the product roadmap across trading, growth, and UX, prioritize features, and drive core business objectives that support trading growth
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from user research and solution design through development, launch, and continuous optimization
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and convert insights into actionable product improvements that reduce friction and improve adoption, engagement, and trading activity
• Work closely with Design, UX, Engineering, and other teams to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery
• Track leading trading platforms, conduct regular competitive analysis, and stay current with industry trends and market developments
