Job summary

MIRANDAH ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trademark professional to manage clients' portfolios, file and prosecute applications, and coordinate filings across Asia.

You will advise on strategies, review Office Actions, and conduct trademark searches to provide client opinions. Candidates with a Law degree or GCIP course are encouraged to apply, with training available for trademark work. Strong MS Word/Excel skills and good time management are required to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• A law degree or GCIP course is encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in Trademark work would be an advantage though not essential (training provided).
• Good time and task management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• A degree in Law / Candidates of the Certificate of Intellectual Property (GCIP) course are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with computers (should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Experience in Trademark work would be an advantage although not essential (Training will be provided)
• Good time and task management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with good self-discipline and minimum supervision
