Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required.
• Experience in trade surveillance, communications surveillance or compliance monitoring preferred.
• Understanding of market conduct and regulatory expectations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade surveillance monitoring for Global Financial Markets using automated systems to identify market abuse or misconduct.
• Review communications by assessing alerts in surveillance systems and reviewing emails, calls, and transcripts.
• Ensure timely review of alerts and maintain records for management reporting.
• Manage Control Room duties, including restricted/watch lists, conflicts, MNPI handling, and escalation of breaches.
• Investigate and document surveillance alerts, ensuring timely closure and escalation where needed.
• Maintain surveillance parameters and adapt to business/activity changes.
• Collaborate with Middle Office Technology and external vendors to improve processes and tools.
• Participate in system implementation, UAT, and business integration activities, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled tools.
