Job summary

Akuna Singapore is seeking a Trade Support Engineer to install, manage, optimise, and troubleshoot our proprietary trading systems in production. You will join a highly collaborative team where individuals are empowered to contribute ideas and drive critical business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have Linux expertise, scripting with Python and Bash, and strong communication skills. You will work across our global offices and participate in on-call duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office support to trading teams using proprietary systems.
• Troubleshoot critical issues with Development, Trading, and Infrastructure teams.
• Own the release process for upgrades to core trading software.
• Configure and manage production trading applications across desktop and server environments.
• Automate workflows and build secure pipelines for changes.
• Scale monitoring tools for better live environment visibility.
• Master and adapt to evolving architecture and market demands.
