Job summary

Akuna Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Trade Support Engineer to join our production trading environment. You will own installation, management, optimization, and troubleshooting of our proprietary systems and collaborate with trading, development, and infrastructure teams.

The role emphasizes automation, environment monitoring, incident management, and continuous learning as markets evolve. You will help scale pipelines and provide in-office support from our Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux expertise and automation tooling.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash and databases structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced trading environments and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office support to trading teams using proprietary trading systems.
• Troubleshoot critical issues with Development, Trading, and Infrastructure Teams.
• Own release processes for upgrades to core trading software.
• Configure and manage production trading applications across desktop and server environments.
• Automate workflows and build scalable pipelines for monitoring and operations.
